Harman, a Samsung-owned audio electronics company, has announced the acquisition of Roon, a versatile platform for multi-room music playback across various devices, irrespective of brand.

Harman, renowned for audio brands like AKG, dbx, JBL, and Soundcraft, has been under Samsung’s ownership since 2017. The integration of Harman’s expertise into Samsung’s headphones and smartphones has marked a notable synergy in the audio technology domain.
